We begin all our designing projects by understanding our clients’ business, analyzing their needs, and identifying their performance objectives. After analyzing the performance objectives, we arrive at the learning or communication objectives that help us propose appropriate design solutions. These could be as simple as designing hoardings, printed brochures, and manuals to animations, simulations, corporate films, and interactive eLearning.

Our areas of expertise include:
Instructional Design
Our Instructional Design (ID) team comprises instructional designers and content developers experienced in designing innovative and interactive eLearning solutions for global audiences. The instructional designers have expertise and experience in conducting learning needs, context, and learner analysis and proposing sound instructional solutions that match the learners’ needs to the tee. The content developers are experienced in researching, ideating and conceptualizing, and developing accurate interactive content to map with the proposed design. The basic qualification of the ID team members is graduates in Education, Journalism, Mass Communication, and English Literature.

Visual and Multimedia Design
Our Multimedia Design team comprises skilled graphic designers, visualizers, animators, multimedia programmers, and LMS experts. The designers are experts in visualizing graphics, animations, and interactive exercises. Our visualizers are skilled in Flash MX, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and customized designing packages. We have astute animators who engineer the most impressive animation and special effects talent may it be 2D Animation or 3D Animation.

Our multimedia team consists of members with experience in C++ and a sound knowledge of Flash (Actionscript), JavaScript, HTML, XML, ASP, and PHP who can script interactive programming templates. Our technology experts, also part of this team are experienced in implementing technology and launching and testing courseware on branded LMS’.

Project Management
Our Project Management team comprises members who have over five years of experience in managing eLearning projects. This team serves as a liaison between the client and the production team. Their expertise lies in gathering the project requirement, identifying the project scope, preparing project plans, liaising with the client, managing schedules and resources and monitoring production, quality, and delivery.
